  They have lots of selection different brands from cheap alternatives to top-of-the-line product. Retain there are somewhat helpful but don't really know their product very well and on weekends and public holidays it's hard to find somebody who knows what they're talking about I'm sure there are plenty of qualified people there I think it's just a case that they're all busy when I was there definitely a fan of Harveys to either shop for presents or to look at the latest technology a.

  Decided to go down to Harvey Norman, bought a new tripod to add to my photography set, pretty simple. Employee's were helpful, they helped me find the actual product I was looking for! Nice store, clean, organised and friendly. Tripod was successfully bought.

  I have been a Harvey Norman customer for many years. I have always felt I have walked away with a great deal no matter what the purchase was. I have on every occasion felt the department staff have gone out of their way to make the deal happen. My latest purchase from bedding saw me deal with Brendan & his Manager Linda. I wish to acknowledge both staff members for their expertise & courteous manner & I feel a valued customer! Well done yet again Harvey Norman!

  Excellent and attentive service. I was buying a laptop. Overpriced but willing to price match. Gave me some good information. Ultimately i purchased online. I think big retail stores are an antiquated business model.
