  A more responsible and experienced workshop owner diagnosed the problem after driving the car 2 meters. They also charged $30 per hour less than Cant’s. I gave Ricky a chance to answer my complaints before posting this negative review and he was unresponsive. I may as well have been talking to a post.

  In a recent visit on 14-07-16 Ricky Cant managed to put a filthy under tray tool box on a very tidy clean XR6 seat, Ignored Instructions for repairs to be carried out whilst still charging the minimum $110 1 hour fee, left a test lamp under my bonnet which I later had to return and let me drive my vehicle out of his yard in a very unsafe condition with a dropped ball joint. He claimed the horrible metal on metal grinding noise was the tyre rubbing on the plastic inner guard.

  best experience @ mechanic ever!! driving from QLD through Mainland we had bad vibration in car, found cant`s Motor repairs on google. he told us to come in and he would have a look as he did not wont to leave us stranded (They were fully booked). after taking the car for test drive the problem was a Tyre failing they promptly changed the Tyre refused to be payed!!! and we were on our holiday again
