  We purchased an expensive bedding suite from Snooze which all went fine at the time. However part of the suite failed during the warranty period. After getting the run around for a while we finally got a representative to look at the failed product. We were then asked to return it to the store at our expense. We are now being asked to pay another non refundable fee to Snooze for them to look at the product before they will tell us if they will repair the product or replace the product. They are doing their best to stall and so far after about 4 weeks I am no closer to understanding if they are actually going to do anything about it. All the while they have our bed we are left without a bed. I have found them to be rude and arrogant as soon as we needed some after sales service. Big thumbs down to Snooze and I would avoid them if you are looking for a shop that will provide after sales service.

  Bought a pillow that wasnt quite right. The sales people (man and woman) helped me and I picked a excellent pillow. Very friendly and helpful
